These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the I.R.I.S.E. Inc. websites, programs, and products, including I.R.I.S.E. Beautique and I.R.I.S.E. Transformation Coaching. By visiting our site, purchasing a product, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms in full.

All content, materials, and services provided are owned and operated by I.R.I.S.E. Inc., a holistic lifestyle and wellness coaching company. Use of our platforms constitutes your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

All coaching, consulting, and wellness programs are educational in nature and do not replace medical advice. I.R.I.S.E. Inc. is a coaching and lifestyle education company. Programs are designed to support behavioral change, nutritional awareness, and mindset development.

Enhanced Medical programs are supervised by Dr. Crystal Broussard, MD (NPI 1588688576, licensed in all 50 states) and her licensed medical team. All prescriptions, injections, and clinical follow-ups are handled exclusively by Dr. Broussard's staff. Coaching, nutritional guidance, and behavioral support remain under Coach Kenya Elliott and the I.R.I.S.E. Coaching Team.

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases, enroll in coaching programs, or use our Services. By using our sites, you represent that you are of legal age and fully capable of entering into a binding agreement.

All designs, branding, written materials, videos, digital downloads, and coaching tools are the exclusive intellectual property of I.R.I.S.E. Inc. No part of this website or its content may be reproduced, distributed, or reused without written permission.

The I.R.I.S.E. name, logo, and slogan "Eat Better. Feel Better. Live Better. Rise." are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

All coaching and digital program sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be granted under any circumstances.

By enrolling, you agree that:

• You understand coaching is not therapy or medical care
• You will participate actively and honestly in your program
• You accept full personal responsibility for your health decisions
• You will not share, reproduce, or distribute any program materials
• Results vary and are not guaranteed — success depends on your commitment and consistency

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted for wearable, handmade, or custom-designed items (including apparel, accessories, towels, and fitness gear).

In rare, pre-approved cases, store credit may be issued for non-wearable items that arrive defective or damaged. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, and care instructions before purchasing.

We ship orders through reputable carriers. Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier performance. I.R.I.S.E. Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout. Tracking information will be provided when available.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated
• We accept payment through secure payment gateways including Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, and Apple Pay
• By placing an order, you authorize I.R.I.S.E. Inc. to charge your provided payment method for the total purchase amount
• Once an order is submitted and charged, it cannot be refunded
• When selecting third-party payment options, please review the authorization and verification process for each provider

I.R.I.S.E. Inc. provides coaching, education, and lifestyle guidance only. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical conditions. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness, supplement, or exercise regimen.

All programs and materials are educational and lifestyle-based and should not be considered a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Enhanced programs are supported through approved partnerships and follow HIPAA and data-compliance standards.

All client and customer information is protected under our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Compliance Policy. Health-related information shared with I.R.I.S.E. Inc. is handled confidentially.

Clients participating in transformation programs must complete a HIPAA Consent Form and NDA. All enhanced services are supported through approved partners under strict privacy standards.

I.R.I.S.E. Inc. is not responsible for injuries, damages, allergic reactions, or misuse of products or information. All purchases and program enrollments are made at the buyer's own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I.R.I.S.E. Inc. and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or products.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
