Payments
Payments can be made via Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, Stripe, and Apple Pay on both sites.
Once an order is submitted your card is charged for the amount of your order and cannot be refunded. When selecting third-party payment options please review and read the authorization and verification process for the third-party agency. You may be redirected to set up an account with the third-party provider.
I.R.I.S.E. requires both Payer Verification and Address Confirmation for all orders. These processes must be completed before any order is shipped or service is rendered.
Shipping Policy
Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. All prizes, gifts, and raffle winner items may take up to 15 days to arrive after being awarded. Shipping for raffle prizes is paid for by the recipient (up to $8.95).

Orders over $150 USD that ship free will do so under the most economical shipping method available (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and may take up to 5–10 business days to arrive. Shipping may be affected by restrictions, weather, or holidays.
Return & Refund Policy
Coaching Services & Digital Products
I.R.I.S.E. Inc. does not offer refunds on coaching services, digital products, or program enrollments due to the nature of the services rendered. All sales are final.
Refund requests on physical products (non-wearable items) may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. To request a review, contact us at i.r.i.s.e615@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted for wearable, handmade, or custom-designed items including apparel, accessories, towels, and fitness gear.
In rare, pre-approved cases, store credit may be issued for non-wearable items that arrive defective or damaged. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, and care instructions before purchasing.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
If our tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members first. Then file a claim directly with the appropriate delivery carrier. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for approved exchanges and returns.
I.R.I.S.E. Inc. is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once in the carrier's possession. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout.
Coaching Sessions & Virtual Appointments
All appointments and sessions are conducted via Zoom. You will receive a specific Zoom link when you confirm your appointment, which is also included in all reminder texts and emails.
Due to liability and scheduling constraints, we maintain a strict attendance and cancellation policy:
- Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
- No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit that session without refund or reschedule
- Clients who are more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show
- Repeated cancellations may result in removal from the program without refund
Enhanced Medical Weight-Loss Disclaimer
The Enhanced Transformation Program includes medically supported weight-loss services supervised by Dr. Crystal Broussard, MD (NPI 1588688576, licensed in all 50 states) and her medical team.
- All prescriptions, injections, and follow-ups are handled exclusively by Dr. Broussard's licensed staff
- Coaching, nutritional guidance, and behavioral support remain under Coach Kenya Elliott and the I.R.I.S.E. Coaching Team
- This collaboration ensures each client receives comprehensive care under HIPAA-protected standards
All programs and materials are educational and lifestyle-based and should not be considered a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making changes to diet, exercise, or medications.
