All content, materials, and services provided are owned and operated by I.R.I.S.E. Inc., a holistic lifestyle and wellness company founded by Coach Kenya LaShelle Elliott.

2. Programs, Products & Services

I.R.I.S.E. Inc. offers both retail products and wellness coaching services, including:

The I.R.I.S.E. Athleisure & Beautique collection (handmade, custom, and distressed apparel)

Wellness accessories such as resistance bands, Fit Kits, and branded self-care items

Digital resources, meal plans, and educational guides

The 12-Week Transformation Program and Enhanced Medically Supported Transformation Program

All coaching, consulting, and wellness programs are educational in nature and do not replace medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases, enroll in coaching programs, or use the Services. By using our sites, you represent that you are of legal age and fully capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, written materials, videos, digital downloads, and coaching tools are the exclusive intellectual property of I.R.I.S.E. Inc.

5. Coaching & Program Terms

All coaching and digital program sales are final.
No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be granted under any circumstances.
By enrolling, you agree that:

You understand coaching is not therapy or medical care.

You have disclosed relevant health or emotional concerns honestly.

You will maintain confidentiality of all shared content.

I.R.I.S.E. Inc. may discontinue services if communication boundaries, payment terms, or conduct policies are violated.

Coaching results depend on client participation, consistency, and adherence to guidance.

6. Retail Product Policy

All physical products, including apparel, accessories, and handmade items, are crafted with care and quality standards.

All sales are final.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted for wearable, handmade, or custom-designed items (including apparel, accessories, towels, and fitness gear).

In rare, pre-approved cases, store credit may be issued for non-wearable items that arrive defective or damaged.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, and care instructions before purchasing.

7. Shipping Policy

We ship orders through reputable carriers. Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier performance. I.R.I.S.E. Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout. Tracking information will be provided when available.

8. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment through Shopify’s secure payment gateways.
By placing an order, you authorize I.R.I.S.E. Inc. to charge your provided payment method for the total purchase amount.

I.R.I.S.E. Inc. provides coaching, education, and lifestyle guidance only.
We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical conditions. Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness, supplement, or exercise regimen.

Enhanced programs are supported through approved partnerships and follow HIPAA and data-compliance standards.

10. HIPAA, Privacy & Confidentiality

All client and customer information is protected under our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Compliance Policy.

Health-related information shared with I.R.I.S.E. Inc. is handled confidentially.

Clients participating in transformation programs must complete a HIPAA Consent Form and NDA.

All enhanced services are supported through approved partners under strict privacy standards.

11. Limitation of Liability

I.R.I.S.E. Inc. is not responsible for injuries, damages, allergic reactions, or misuse of products or information. All participation and product use are voluntary.
You agree to hold I.R.I.S.E. Inc., its staff, and affiliates harmless from all claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation or purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith mediation before arbitration or legal proceedings.
