These platforms provide the secure online infrastructure that allows us to sell products and services.

All direct payment gateways offered through MAXAX or Shopify adhere to PCI-DSS standards, ensuring secure handling of credit-card information by our store and service providers.

HIPAA & Medical Coordination Notice (2025 Update)

I.R.I.S.E. Inc. now offers Enhanced Medically Supported Transformation Services in collaboration with Dr. Crystal Broussard, MD (NPI 1588688576, licensed in all 50 states) and her medical team.

All medical assessments, prescriptions, and injections are managed solely by Dr. Broussard’s licensed staff.
I.R.I.S.E. Inc. receives and transmits limited health information for coordination of care under full HIPAA compliance.
All data is encrypted, confidential, and shared only as needed to deliver integrated coaching and physician-supported services.

How Do We Communicate with Our Site Visitors?

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot issues, to resolve disputes, to collect fees or monies owed, to send surveys or updates, or as otherwise necessary to enforce our User Agreement and national laws.

Copyright Policy: All content within the member portal—including course materials, videos, workbooks, and text—is copyrighted property belonging solely to I.R.I.S.E. Weight Loss & Transformation Coaching.

Distribution and Use: Members are strictly prohibited from copying, sharing, or distributing any course materials without prior written consent. This applies to both electronic and print formats.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

All members are required to sign an NDA prior to program participation.
Unauthorized sharing or use of course data constitutes a direct breach of confidentiality and may lead to immediate termination of access or legal action.

Compliance and Daily Program Adherence

Adhering to the program guidelines and actively participating in the courses are vital elements of your success.
Consistency in using the coaching portal, completing assigned activities, and engaging with your coach directly impacts your results.

I.R.I.S.E. takes seriously its responsibility to provide a safe, private, and effective environment for your transformation journey.
Failure to comply with these policies or your signed NDA may result in immediate termination of portal access and possible legal enforcement.

Enhanced Program Addendum (2025 Update)

Clients enrolled in Enhanced Medically Supported Programs will have additional forms related to medical history, treatment coordination, and HIPAA consent.
All protected health information (PHI) is transmitted securely and accessed only by I.R.I.S.E. wellness staff and Dr. Broussard’s medical team.
Coaching and wellness data are kept separate from clinical records for your privacy and compliance protection.
