For years, my body was not starving — it was overloaded.

Overloaded with trauma, inflammation, emotional eating, stress hormones, medications, and constant digestive strain. When I reached nearly 600 pounds, my body wasn’t failing me — it was screaming for relief.

That’s when I learned one of the most important lessons of my life:

Weight loss is not just about eating less.
It’s about helping the body release what it no longer needs.

This is where nutritional cleansing and detox support became a foundational part of my healing — not as a fad, not as a crash cleanse, but as a structured, repeatable lifestyle tool that helped me lose over 470 pounds naturally while restoring my health.

One of the simplest yet most powerful tools I used — and still use — is my daily detox tea protocol. This tea supported my digestion, hydration, inflammation reduction, and appetite regulation while I followed structured nutrition and movement.

Below are the two versions I personally use and teach today.


🌿 Coach Kenya’s Detox Tea – Isagenix Version

This is my primary, therapeutic version, used during nutritional cleansing days and throughout my weight-loss journey.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Cleanse for Life (Isagenix)

  • 1 scoop Ionix Supreme (Isagenix)

  • 3 tablespoons Von Bee Honey Citron & Ginger Tea

  • 1 mint leaf (optional)

  • 4–6 oz warm water (or over ice)

How to Prepare

  1. Add Cleanse for Life and Ionix Supreme to warm water

  2. Stir until fully dissolved

  3. Add Von Bee Honey Citron & Ginger

  4. Finish with mint if desired

  5. Sip slowly — preferably in the morning or early afternoon

This version is perfect for those easing into cleansing or working within a tighter budget.

Ingredients

  • Fresh lemon juice (½ lemon)

  • 1–2 tablespoons raw honey or Von Bee Honey Citron & Ginger

  • Fresh ginger slices or ginger tea

  • 1 mint leaf (optional)

  • Warm water

How to Prepare

Steep ginger in warm water, add lemon and honey, stir, and sip slowly.
