Yes, you can and will be eating food. Not only will you be eating food, you will be eating lots of it daily. Each day you will follow the Daily meal plan of 3-snacks, 2-shakes & 1 fork & knife meal. We have also incorporated OYO (on your own meals) days into your meal plan for you. We eat food and learn how to love it differently by changing how we view what we eat.
No, actually the gym isn't mandatory or required. The workouts can be done right from the living room of your home. You can also join our daily zoom session for a light workout and meditation with coach. Don't like to workout, no worries our FEEL BETTER program is versatile and progressive to help you create your fitness identity over the next 5 weeks.

Yes, you can join the program. The 5 week Transformation program provides low glycemic index dense nutrition, a meal plan, exercise program and weight-loss meditation all which are non medical and non invasive. We do highly suggest consulting your physicians if you are a doctors care.
If I participate in the detox days, will I be stuck in the bathroom all day?
No, you can rome about the country.! You will not be pooping your life away or dehydrating your body. Many people detox on our program when traveling and or on vacation. This is not a poppie cleanse! Our nutritional cleansing targets toxins and visceral fat by breaking them down via urinary excretion. The best part is, you will be ingesting a cleanse approved snack, or some form of liquid libation hourly with our effective hourly cleanse schedule and supporting products.
