What if I would like to exchange my items?


IRISE Beautique doesnt offer exchanges however, we do offer store credit minus fees and shipping. We do not offer exchanges on any merchandise due to inventory demands. If the replacement item you want to exchange is in stock, you must purchase the new item and upon receipt of the returned item to the Beautique credit will be issued to your IRISE customer account in the form of a gift card.




How do I complete a return for my purchase, I cant fit them?


IRISE Beautique offers store credit for all returns. Returns can be completed within 15 days of recipt of merchandise. Go to yor customer portal and begin the return process. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. If label is provided by store cost will be deducted from refund credit. Please go to the Store Policy page for more details or click the link.




What payment methods can I use?


We accept Cash Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Debit cards. We also offer third party payment options. Want to purchase today and pay later select from our third party Buy now pay later options Afterpay, Sezzle, and Affirm. When purchased through third party payment plans refund will be processed through the payment portal plan. the Beautique will complete refund amount in store credit and will be emailed to customer.




How do I track my package?


You can track your package via the tracking number provided by the shipment nofication email. Use your tracking number and corresponding carrier to track your package on the website.




Does your site offer bulk order discounts not for resale?


Yes we offer a bulk discount for wedding parties, events etc. Please email us for further details and information.




When will my in stock item ship?


In stock items in the Boutique will be shipped within 2 business. IIn general orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the order. Shipping times are dependent on shipping method and other factors. Some vendors and suppliers lcoated Internationally are requiring a up to 3 weeks time for processing and shipping due to COVID regulations. We deeply apologize for the delay.




How much will shipping cost?


Shipping cost are calculated on check out and based on flat rate of USD $5.50-15.50 and shipping method selected. To find out how much shipping will cost add item to cart select purchase and calculate the shipping total.




Do you use International Suppliers?


Although we specialize in Eco- friendly, not on Amazon, American Brands by small businesses, In order to provide you wide range of products and to cater to your fashion needs some of our suppliers our internationally located and may have longer shipping times up to 22 days before receipt.




Can I ship to a P.O. Box?


Yes we can ship to a P.O. box but are not responsibly for missing or undeliverable packages.
